Hymn to the Saints
- Composer
- Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky
- Transcribed by
- Kenneth Singleton
P.I. Tchaikovsky originally composed "Hymn to Saints Cyril and Methodius" in 1865 for four-part mixed chorus. Besides being a gorgeous work to perform, this setting provides a valuable medium for teaching balance, style, and intonation. This is powerful and emotional music, composed by one of history's most passionate composers.
