Summit
- Composer
- Robert Langenfeld
“The journey to the summit will be long and hard, but the accomplishment will be worth it.” Life is full of challenges that may seem like unclimbable mountains. “Summit” is about taking on those challenges and overcoming them. This exciting advanced work uses non-traditional mixed and asymmetric meters as well as intense rhythms to drive the piece forward to an epic climax that celebrates the full triumph of conquering that mountain.
